This Privacy Policy governs how FITFLOP, a premium fashion footwear retailer owned by PT Map Aktif Adiperkasa, Tbk (“FITFLOP” or “us” or “we”) handles information and personal data from users of FITFLOP sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. (“User” or “you”) means users of our sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. The terms (“personal data” or “personal information”) refer to information, data or a combination of data that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably

 be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, and includes personal data or similar terms as defined in applicable law.  

 

FITFLOP respects your concerns about privacy and commits to protect the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes the basis, terms and conditions that apply to the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, storage, updating, display, announcement, delivery, dissemination, disclosure, and/or opening of access, deletion and destruction associated with the information and personal data provided by User to us and data collected by FITFLOP from User either when User register as customers, access our sites, use mobile applications, makes a purchase at our stores or webstores and/or use services provided by us.

We may need to transfer your information to our affiliates, business partners, and/or service providers in countries outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia. If we transfer your information outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, we will ensure that your information is properly protected. We will always ensure that the country where the third party is based has a level of protection of personal data that is equivalent to or higher than Indonesia, or the third party who will receive your personal data has adequate and binding standards of protection for personal data.
