This Privacy Policy governs how FITFLOP, a premium fashion footwear retailer owned by PT Map Aktif Adiperkasa, Tbk (“FITFLOP” or “us” or “we”) handles information and personal data from users of FITFLOP sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. (“User” or “you”) means users of our sites, mobile applications, services, and customers of our stores and webstores. The terms (“personal data” or “personal information”) refer to information, data or a combination of data that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably
be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, and includes personal data or similar terms as defined in applicable law.
FITFLOP respects your concerns about privacy and commits to protect the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes the basis, terms and conditions that apply to the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, storage, updating, display, announcement, delivery, dissemination, disclosure, and/or opening of access, deletion and destruction associated with the information and personal data provided by User to us and data collected by FITFLOP from User either when User register as customers, access our sites, use mobile applications, makes a purchase at our stores or webstores and/or use services provided by us.

We may obtain personal information about you from various sources, including when you use, access and/or create an account at FITFLOP sites and mobile applications, when you visit or make a purchase at our stores and webstores, when you communicate and interact with us through phone, email, or social media, from our group companies (i.e, parent, affiliate or subsidiary companies), business partners and other third parties who have permission to share your personal data with us.

In addition to the above, we and our service providers may use the information collected through cookies, beacon, pixel tags and other automated means to automatically collect certain information when you use our sites, mobile applications, visit and shop at our website (e.g., to enable you to identify the electronic shopping basket you may create on our sites and enable you to retrieve shopping baskets you previously created). We may combine the information we collect with publicly available information and information we receive from our parent, affiliate or subsidiary companies, business partners and other third parties. PT Map Aktif Adiperkasa, Tbk is the data controller of all personal information collected, unless otherwise stated in an additional privacy notice.

You may see certain ads on this site and other sites because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our advertising to users through demographic, behavioral and contextual means. We may need to transfer your information to our affiliates, business partners, and/or service providers in countries outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia. If we transfer your information outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, we will ensure that your information is properly protected. We will always ensure that the country where the third party is based has a level of protection of personal data that is equivalent to or higher than Indonesia, or the third party who will receive your personal data has adequate and binding standards of protection for personal data. If these standards are not met, we will implement additional safeguards or obtain your explicit consent before proceeding.

For example, we use Secure Sockets Layer encryption to protect certain of your purchase information while in transit. Please note that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This Privacy Policy is prepared in both Indonesian language and English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian language and English versions, the Indonesian language version shall prevail and the English version shall be deemed to have been amended to conform to the Indonesia language version.
